The people write messages on these pages because they get their message to a broader audience. Facebook or MySpace could be use as a source of damaging publicity.

Some companies, as British Airways or Virgin, have got problems with people who posted some derogatory comments about the safety of the company or describe some passangers ( who are customers of the company) as "smolly" and "anoying". Both of companies, try to educate staff and reduce this type of bad information on internet by needed for example, an authorisation to firm online.
