Summary of "Companies and social networks"

British Airways and Virgin Atlantic have been damaged by the new advertising channels, social networks. Internet, specially social networks, has become one of the most popular ways to promote anything, because everybody uses the Internet.

They both lost prestige after some workers of these firms told, in their respective social networks, harmful information as: telling that some planes were in unhealthy conditions or affirming that exist many insults from the crew to the passengers.

This event causes the doubt about how the companies should act in order to avoid situations like this. They conclude that the solution must be increasing the education and the control of their workers.
