On October 31st,Virgin company is fired its cabin crew,because they noticed that they were posting negative comments about passengers,so British Airways company opened an investigation about its cabin crew.

The power of communication that has internet with the world it's very dangerous for these companies, it can cause the anger of clients because it can influence in a negative form.

On the case of British Airways signed a police that forbids them to post information about the firm online although this is not enough.

In conclusion,the British Airways and Virgin companies have to pay attention about web in a permanently way, because of different things that can be published.
