Firms have intended to appeal a wider audience by exploiting social networks such us Facebook, MySpace and other blogs, nevertheless, these strategies have had damaging consequences for those firms that have been using them.
As a matter of fact employees of some airlines such as British Airways or Virgin Atlantic, have been posting wrong and bad information about them, becoming very harmful for the firms publicity.
